The All progressives Congress (APC), Zamfara State chapter, is set to challenge the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)’s decision of giving all the legislative positions to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over the Supreme Court verdict.
This was made known by the APC chairman in the state, Alhaji Lawal Muhammad Liman, while briefing journalists at the party’s Secretariat, in Gusau, after the stakeholders meeting of the party.

Liman said since the matter which the Supreme Court ruled upon was regarding irregularities of primaries in the state for the 2019 general elections, it should therefore not affect 13 members of the State Assembly, 3 Senate seats and two House of Representatives seats which were unopposed.
