A 34-year old Brazilian woman has cut off the penis of her 39-year old husband after she caught him sleeping with her 15-year old niece.
The woman also flushed the penis down the toilet.
The woman whose name is withheld told the Brazilian police in Sao Paulo that she found out her husband had been having sexual intimacy with her 15-year-old niece.
As a way of revenge, she said while the man was sleeping on the fateful day, she tied his arms and legs to the bed, and used a razor blade to cut off his manhood, took the picture of the penis and flushed it down the toilet.
She later walked into the police station,and told the police,’Good evening, officer, I came to introduce myself, because I just cut off my husband’s penis.’ She informed the police that she decided to flush it to prevent it from being reattached because she had heard that a severed penis could be reattached.
The 39-year-old husband whose name was also withheld is currently receiving treatments while the wife has been charged with attempted murder.
However, the police says it’s investigating whether the sexual intimacy was consensual since the Brazilian law stipulates 14-years as consent age.
The case is one of the numerous cases of men sleeping with their wives’ sisters.
In August this year, the Akure, Ondo State Chief Magistrate remanded a 30- year -old commercial motorcycle operator and father of four , Michael Olorunfemi, at Olokuta correctional centre for allegedly raping his wife’s 17-year-old sister.
He was charged with a one-count charge of unlawfully having carnal knowledge of the girl at 10 pm, in the Onigaari area of Irese Road, Akure.
The offence, according to the charge contravened Sections 357 and 358 of the Criminal Code Law of Ondo State, 2006.
