A house wife, Monsurat Jinadu, has accused her husband, Ganiyu of trying to use their kids for money ritual.
Monsurat had petitioned Badagry Customary Court, accusing Ganiyu of being fetish and irresponsible.
The Court sitting at Badagry Town Hall on Friday dissolved the 14 -year-old marriage, relying on the petition by Monsurat.

It awarded the custody of the children to the petitioner.
Monsurat alleged that her husband did not take care of the two children. However, Ganiyu denied the allegations in his reactions.
The court ordered both parties to maintain peace, with their families and communities wherever they meet.
