The Defence headquarters has blamed the rising wave of banditry and increased terrorism to the palliative given to a section of the bandits.
Coordinator of Defence media operation, Maj.-Gen. John Eneche, on Thurdsday, in Abuja, said this and maintained that the military is reviewing strategy in the fight against banditry, terrorism.
