A video showing a woman breastfeeding an animal on a five-hour Delta Airline flight to Atlanta, United States has gone viral on social media
A male passenger who sat beside the woman drew the attention of flight attendants, insisting that he saw her breastfeeding a cat and not a baby.
The male passenger said he was an understanding person but found it disgusting that a woman would be breastfeeding a cat.
But the female passenger stubbornly refused to remove her blanket until a male flight attendant finally took it off, showing an animal and not a baby as she had claimed.
At that point, she said it was not a cat but a lynx and an emergency service emotional support animal.
One of the attendants was overheard saying an emergency emotional support animal was allowed on the plane. But no one knows if a passenger is allowed to breastfeed such an animal.
Delta Airlines eventually took custody of the woman and the animal but gave no further information yet.
