The Obidients, as supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi love to call themselves, showed their strengths on October 1 via massive rallies in many parts of the country.
Obi has been coming top in many of the polls held nationwide to gauge the pulse of the electorates.

In Lagos, the rallies tagged #4MillionMarch4PeterObi, were held in many parts of the city, including Lekki, Surulere, Ikeja, Festac, and others. The marchers brandished the logo of the Labour Party on their shirts, caps, head cover and even hijabs. They chanted solidarity songs and boasted that they would give Peter Obi the biggest votes in Lagos, which is the home state of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
The rallies for Peter Obi were also held in Benin, the Edo State capital, and in Bauchi, including Kafanchan, a local government in Kaduna State. They were all attended by enthusiastic supporters of Peter Obi.
