By Daniel Anokwuru

High Chief Sunday Nwobodo, Akaekpuchi Onwa 1 of Enugu State, has lauded the achievements of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, calling him ‘a silent achiever’.

He said this in an interactive session with journalists shortly after the inauguration of the governor for a second term.

Nwobodo maintained that crime has reduced drastically in the State.

He added that the good road network, cleanliness and sanity in the state were among the elements that saw the governor winning his second term with large margin.

Said he, “We must learn to appreciate what is good, applaud it and encouraged the person to do more.

“Governor Ugwuanyi is a silent achiever. He has touched all parts of the state. He does not discriminate.

“So, we believe that his second term will bring more development. A good leader is one who accepts criticism, use it to adjust and do better.

“If you come to Enugu State today, you will find it difficult leaving the state because of cleanliness, calmness and sanity in the State.

“You can move around without stress or harassment. So, we must encourage him to do more,” he added.
