Nigeria’s Super Eagles have crashed out of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) after suffering a defeat in the hands of the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia during the rounds of 16 on Sunday in Cameroon.

A second half goal by Tunisia’s forward, Youssef Msakni, was enough to help the Carthage Eagles defeat their Nigeria’s counterparts by 1-0.
With the win, the Tunisian national team has advanced to the quarter-finals where they will face Burkina Faso.
