A 3-man tribunal panel sitting in Ikeja, Lagos has upheld the victory of Lagos State governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the governor of the state.
The Tribunal dismissed petitions against the governor and returned the governor elected unopposed as the validly elected governor of Lagos State.

It is recalled Owolabi Salis and Ifagbemi Awamaridi, the governorship candidates of Alliance for Democracy and Labour Party, respectively, had filed a petition challenging the validity of Sanwo-Olu’s victory.
