Tribunal upholds Fayemi’s election as Ekiti gov.

The Ekiti State governorship election tribunal led by its chairman, Suleiman Belgore, on Monday, upheld Dr. Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the duly elected governor of Ekiti State.

In a unanimous judgment, the tribunal which sat in Abuja struck out the petition filed by Kolapo Olusola of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
