Three men, Abubakar Mohammed, 25, Saliu Usman, 20, and Ajayi Ojo, 32, has been remanded in Agoyi Prison, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, by an Iyaganku Magistrate Court, headed by Magistrate, Mrs Mercy Amole- Ajimoti, for allegedly beating a Policeman to death.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Sunday Ojeleye, told the Court that the suspects, committed the alleged act, on March 22, 2019, at Sabo area, Mokola, Ibadan.

He alleged that they attacked the victim, Inspector Trimisiyu Akinola, with dangerous weapons, while on his lawful duty.
The Magistrate, ordered that the case file, be returned to the State Directorate of Public Prosecution, while adjourning the case to July 15, 2019, for mention.
