A 21- storey building under construction has collapsed in Lagos, along Gerrard Road, Ikoyi.
Many construction workers are reportedly feared trapped while emergency rescue is ongoing.

The building caved in Monday afternoon but the possible cause of the collapse and number of persons feared trapped are yet unknown.
Emergency workers of Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, LASEMA, have reportedly been mobilized to the scene of the incident.
The Director General of the agency, Dr Oke-Osanyintolu is also reportedly on ground to coordinate rescue operation.
