Taraba police neutralise suspected kidnappers.

A local vigilance group in in Taraba State has gunned down two suspected kidnappers in Sabongida town, Gassol Local Government Area of the state.

The suspects were baited and reportedly shot dead by the vigilante, who had accompanied a family member of their victim, one Alhaji Gambo, to deliver the ransom demanded.

The suspects had instructed the family not to involve security agencies but unknown to them, the vigilantes surprised and wasted them while collecting the ransom despite being well-armed and rescued the elderly victim.
