A former Minister of Aviation, Mrs. Stella Oduah, was at the Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, to take her plea in the alleged N7.9 billion fraud charges brought against her by the Federal Government.
Sen. Oduah was to be arraigned before Justice Inyang Eden Ekwo, alongside two other women and four companies.
It was gathered that among the companies is the construction giant, China Civil Engineering Corporation (CCECC).

In a similar vein, Dr. Hassan Liman SAN, Federal Government’s lawyer in the matter was in court. It was also said that about five Senior Advocates of Nigeria were also in court to defend the senator and her co-Defendants.
Other Defendants were Gloria Odita, Nwosu Emmanuel Nnamdi, Chukwuma Irene Chinyere, Global Offshore, and Marine Limited, Tip Top Global Resources Limited, Crystal Television Limited, Sobora International Limited, and a foreign construction company.
They were charged with conspiracy and money laundering, as well as maintaining anonymous bank accounts.
