Sen. Ayogu Eze from Enugu State is reportedly dead, Daily Post reports.
He was the senator represented Enugu North Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
Eze, a former Senate spokesman, died in an Abuja Hospital after a protracted illness, Daily Post reported.

According to a source who spoke to the online newspaper, the late Senator has been down, a situation that made him unable to attend his child’s wedding ceremony held earlier in the year in Lagos State.
He was a founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, before he defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC, where he ran for Enugu State governorship election.
