Security agents in Nigeria has been accused of cutting the hair of a passenger they brought down from a commercial vehicle.

According to a report by Mr. Elvis Uba, he alleged that the incident happened when the officers flagged down the vehicle the victim was travelling in, they accused him of being a Yahoo boy and decided to cut his hair.
