The All Progressives Congress (APC) Women Leader in Lagos State, Mrs. Jumoke Okoya-Thomas, has described the state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as a blessing to his generation, as he clocked 54 years.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Sanwo-Olu celebrated his 54th birthday on Tuesday.
In a congratulatory message issued by her media aide, Mr. Oladipupo Awojobi, the women leader said that Sanwo-Olu’s 54 years on earth had been full of meaningful activities.
Okoya-Thomas, a former member of the House of Representatives, prayed God to grant the governor long life and wisdom to impact his generation greatly.

She said: “ Governor Sanwo-Olu deserves all the accolades he can get. It is clear that the APC and the people of Lagos State did not make a mistake by choosing him to rule at this time.
“As Sanwo-Olu promised during his election campaign, he has hit the ground running, and we have all seen that he has the capacity to move Lagos State to the next level.
“I rejoice with you and pray God will give you long life, wisdom and understanding to direct the affairs of a state as complex as Lagos, which everyone is looking up to.’’
Okoya-Thomas said that the governor prepared adequately for the task of ruling the state.
She urged Lagos residents to cooperate with him to develop the state. (NAN)
