Puff Diddy: Fresh lawsuit reveals disgraced music star allegedly raped 13-yr old girl, six others
Disgraced American music star, Puff Diddy popularly known as Diddy Combs is facing another round of lawsuit as revelation has emerged the once respected music mogul allegedly drugged and raped a 13-year old girl and six others several years back.
Since his arrest and detention in jail for sex trafficking, sex with minors and drug related offences, 120 people had filed lawsuits against the music star for sexual defilement he committed against them, with 25 of them underaged at the time of the abuse, the youngest being nine, 14, 15.when the incident happened.
The incident involving the 13-year old girl is the second batch of sexual assault lawsuits to be filed against Diddy, with more victims still expected to come forward.
According to the Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee who is the attorney for the victims, while speaking on Sunday night, the seven new victims among whom is also a 17-year old at the time she was defiled is the latest in.series of lawsuits against Diddy as more than 100 other potential victims have come forward since he was arrested in Manhattan in September 2024.
Buzbee further said 100 more victims are waiting to file lawsuits adding that 12,000 calls were received in a day from victims, both male and female, who are willing to testify against the music star for sexual abuse and exploitation.
Buzbee said the latest lawsuits are expected to be filed in the US District Court in Manhattan overnight, and their contents made public soon after.
Several other individuals are referenced in the case filings but are not at this time formerly named as defendants. We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” he said.
He added: ‘The egregious conduct set out in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,’
Prosecutors have said several of Diddy’s victims had gone to him to seek help to boost their music careers but allegedly got sexually exploited as a condition for his support. Others were invited by him to several of his white party but were allegedly drugged and molested.
