The remains of a former of Alvan Ikoku College of Education and Dean of Education, Imo state University, Owerri, Imo State, Prof. C. N. Uwazurike will be laid to rest on Friday, December 23, 2022.
Recall that the late Prof. Uwazurike had passed on, on October 25, this year.

A release issued by Chief Goddy Uwazurike for the family said that the late erudite scholar would be committed to mother earth at his compound at Umunakanu Ehime Mbano Local Government Area, Imo State, after a Pontifical Requiem Mass at St Theresa Catholic Church Umunakanu at 10:0am.
The Alvan Ikoku College of Education and Imo State University communities had held a Service of Songs in Owerri on December 15.
