Plateau State Government has promised to support federal institutions in the state to succeed on their mandates.
Mr. Yakubu Dati, Commissioner for Information and Communication, stated this on Thursday, while interacting with newsmen at the matriculation and induction of new and graduating students of Federal School of Medical Laboratory, Jos.
Dati said that government would continue to provide the conducive environment for federal agencies to thrive.
He said that government was committed to ensuring a peaceful Plateau State to create a proper working environment for all institutions located in the state.
Dati promised government’s support to the school’s quest to move to the permanent site in Lamingo, and urged the school to focus on producing quality medical laboratory scientists.
The Commissioner congratulated the incoming and outgoing students of the school, saying that government was looking into ways to encourage youths to take advantage of its existence to further their knowledge. (NAN)
