President Muhammadu Buhari, just backed from Niamey, Niger Republic to attend the meeting of the West African Heads of States, on Tuesday, appeared at the Day 2 of the First Year Ministerial Performance Review Retreat at the State House, in Abuja.

He was received by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and other top government officials.
