One year in Office: Sanwo-Olu promises to deliver Pen Cinema flyover Nov.

In commemoration of his one year in office, Lagos State governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday promised to deliver the Pen Cinema flyover this year November.

The governor, who spoke through his Special Adviser on Works and Infrastructure, Aramide Adeyoye, while rendering account of the activities of the Ministry in the last one year, said the flyover is nearing its completion.

While listing achievements and activities of the ministry in the last one year, Adeyoye said the Ministry has embarked on continuations of projects embarked upon by the immediate past administration.

Some of the projects, according to her includes Agric-Isawo road, Igbogbo-Igbe road, completion of 31 network of roads in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area, LCDA, network of roads in Badagry and Alimosho Council areas as well as maintenance of existing Infrastructure across the State.

She added the administration had also embarked on new projects such as the Ijede road, the 10 kilometres three-lane Lekki regional road and the fourth Mainland road.

She pointed out that most of the new projects embarked upon are in tandem with the THEMES agenda of the current administration and also in line with the Lagos strategic development master plan, adding that the Ministry under her watch was committed to Urban regeneration initiatives across the State.
