Olufaki of Ifaki-Ekiti, Oba Gabriel Agbaje joins his ancestors

One of the foremost monarchs in Ekiti State and the Olufaki of Ifaki-Ekiti, Oba Gabriel Oluwole Agbaje (Aladegbami IV) is dead.

The late monarch reportedly joined his ancestors as revealed by palace sources, on Sunday, at the age of 97.

The late Oba Agbaje, a descendant of Aladegbami Ruling House, ascended the throne on July 1, 1980, and reigned for over 40 years.

No detail has been given of his burial.
