A car wash attendant, Idris Ayotunde, wanted for allegedly stealing a customer’s Ford car, in Lagos State, has been arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command.

Ayotunde, an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holder, reportedly worked with a car wash firm at Shasha area of Akowomjo, Lagos State, where the owner of the car, Mrs. Shofidiya  Tosin, came for vacuum cleansing.

“The team stopped the car and demanded for its documents which the suspect was unable to produce, consequent upon which he was taken to Odeda Divisional Headquarters where the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Ajayi Williams, a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP), personally interrogated the suspect and found out that he actually stole the car.
