Ogun group holds medical outreach in support for Tinubu 2023

As part of its desire to serve humanity through provision of medical services and Skill acquisition, a group known as Asiwaju Kings and Queens Foundation has organized a free medical outreach in support of the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) for women, youths and the aged in Ogun as it holds the maiden edition of its general meeting.

The medical outreach, which was held at the Ori Omi, Sokori area of Abeokuta North Local Government offered screening and treatment for malaria, typhoid, Family Planning services, Covid-19 Vaccination as well as other general health check free for residents of the area.

Speaking with newsmen at the event, the State Chairman and Coordinator of the group, Chief Abiodun Oladoyinbo said that the Asiwaju Kings and Queens Foundation represent the aspiration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his struggle to win the 2023 presidential election as well as ensure the masses enjoy good governance, noting that the objective of the meeting was to ensure people, especially the less privileged enjoy the dividends of democracy which the foremost Yoruba leader stood for.

Oladoyinbo said the outreach was in line with BAT’s agenda of providing quality healthcare services to all Nigerians. “We want to empower people with knowledge on how to take care of their health instead of sharing money, we check and treat their health issues.

We are also using it to sensitise and mobilise them on the need to vote en masse for BAT and other APC candidates in the State during the general elections,” he said

Also speaking, Director General of the group, Mrs. Aduke Mariam Ibrahim,  said that free diagnosis, Family Planning servicer, Covid-19 Vaccination and other general health checks were among the services the people of the constituents would benefit from the outreach.

“We will do all that is required to promote Asiwaju’s  agenda of lifting the down trodden because we believe in service and health being an issue that needed urgent intervention,” Ibrahim said.

She disclosed that Asiwaju Kings and Queens Foundation programs would be replicated in all states across the country, noting that it was the desire of members of the group to spread the gospel of the legacy of the great Yoruba leader without any religious or tribal boundaries.

Among the beneficiaries, Mrs Adebolu Hameeda and Mr Sekoni Olumide who expressed joy over the outreach, appreciated the foundation for looking inward to see to the immediate health needs of the people,saying they believed in the leadership of BAT to move the country to a better place come 2023.
