The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kebbi Council, has congratulated Alhaji Babale Yauri on his re-appointment as the Secretary to the Kebbi State Government.
The Council Chairman, Alhaji Aliyu Jajirmain, in a statement in Birnin Kebbi on Friday, said that Yauri’s re-appointment was an affirmation of his proven integrity, commitment and dedication to the service of the state.

“Alhaji Yauri set an indisputable and unmatched record of service, having served as Permanent Secretary for 23 years before becoming Head of Service and later Secretary to the State Government uninterruptedly.
“This is a feat recorded by none in the history of Northern Nigerian Public Service in general and Kebbi State in particular,’’ Jajirma said.
The chairman wished Yauri Allah’s guidance and protection in his meritorious service to the state and urged him to continue to make available his vast experience in entrenching good governance in the state.
Gov. Atiku Bagudu on June 6 approved the re-appointment of Yauri as Secretary to the State Government (SSG). (NAN)
