Massimiliano Allegri says he will be parting ways with Juventus on friendly terms after five successful seasons with the Italian record champions.
Allegri is an Italian professional football manager and former player currently in charge of Serie A club Juventus.
As a player, Allegri was a midfielder who spent his career playing for various Italian clubs.
Allegri and club president Andrea Agnelli spoke at an emotional news conference on Saturday at the Allianz Stadium, with the first team and club officials in attendance.
“Juve will start again with a super squad. I am happy and moved, but enough with it because tomorrow (Sunday) we have to celebrate the Scudetto and the farewell of defender Andrea Barzagli.

“We have to celebrate because these were five extraordinary years,’’ Allegri said, speaking at times with a broken voice.
Agnelli said he would not answer questions about the next coach of the Bianconeri.
He thanked the coach for “closing one of Juve’s most extraordinary moments” and gave him a shirt with the words “history alone.”
Allegri led Juve to the last five Serie A titles, four Italian Cups and two Super Cups, reaching the UEFA Champions League final in 2015 and 2017.
During his tenure, they also got eliminated three times at the tournament’s quarter-finals.(NAN)
