Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has been declared winner of the Saturday’s Presidential election in Kwara State.
Tinubu was declared winner by the Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Tinubu polled 263,572 votes to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who secured 136,909, while candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi polled 31,166 votes.
The registered number of voters in the state is 1,695,927 while 497,519 were accredited.
