The NASFAT President, Alhaji Kamil Bolarinwa, in.a statement on Wednesday, described the late business mogul as a great pillar of support for Islam stating that the deceased was very compassionate about Islam.
Bolarinwa added that the deceased would be fondly remembered for his outstanding philanthropy which benefited Muslims and non Muslims as well as Islamic organisations across the country.
“NASFAT therefore commiserates with the entire Ummah, the deceased family in Ede and Osun State Government, for the loss of this great Nigerian and a worthy ambassador of Islam’.
“We pray Almighty Allah to accept the repose of his soul, grant him Aljannah firdaos and grant the bereaved the strength to bear the loss,” he said.
“The inaugural asalatu is scheduled for October 6 where NASFAT members will be joining the Ikoyi Dolphin Muslim community for the epoch making event,” he said.(NAN)
