Stella Maris Okafor, the wife of ailing Nollywood comedian, John Okafor, also popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has released a viral video in which she apologised to the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) as regards online accusations.
Stella, who is increasingly becoming controversial, had regretted rejecting the actors body’s assistance towards her husband’s health issues in an interview with Uche Maduagwu.
According to her, she was misled to state that the Guild did not help her husband.
However, the woman has now disclosed that a public relations representative for AGN, Kate Henshaw, had visited her husband in the intensive care unit.
Mrs. Ibu admitted to fabricating her previous statement and apologised for lying, but did not disclose who misled her or how, adding that Henshaw and Ibu had engaged in a conversation and cracked jokes during her visit.
