Chief Executive Officer of Monimichelle Group, Ebi Egbe has expressed joy over the decision of the nation’s soccer governing body, NFF to re-appoint Dr Mohammed Sanusi as Secretary General.
Egbe while congratulating Sanusi said the decision is quite in order even as he noted that Sanusi has been doing a good job over the years.
“I am happy Sanusi has been re appointed. I congratulate him on the confidence reposed on him by the board of NFF.
I also want to charge him to do more for Nigerian football. I wish also to appeal to stakeholders in the system to cooperate with him and the NFF in the interest of Nigerian football,” Egbe stated.
The Bayelsa born football buff stressed that all hands must be on deck to ensure that the Super Eagles qualifies for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“Yes, it is going to tough but I strongly believe that with the support of everybody we can do it. We need to rally round the NFF and the team to secure the ticket. This is not the time for any kind of bickering,” Egbe stated.
