A mobile CCTV application installed in a cell phone has captured a SARS officer searching a person’s phone in Ughelli, Delta State.
According to Mr. Harrison Emefiena, he alleged that the officer went through the victim’s Facebook, SMS and forced him to open his Access Bank app.

He further alleged that the victim was threatened and taken to a POS operator were they withdrew the only N30,000 in his account.
