Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of an Ikeja High Court on Monday remanded in prison one Moses Joseph for alleged unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year old girl (names withheld)
Moses was arraigned for indulging ‘in the act of indecent treatment of the girl by putting his finger in her vagina and making her suck his private part.”
He however pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge bordering on the act of indecent treatment.
According to the charge against him, ” the defendant on the 17th September 2020, at about 11:00 p.m at 25, Kadiri Street, Alausa, Ikeja Lagos State within the Ikeja Judicial Division indulged in the act of indecent treatment of the girl (names withheld ) by putting his finger in her vagina and making her suck his penis.
“Meanwhile, the judge adjourned till November 9, 2021 for commencement of trial following the inability of his counsel to argue for his bail
