Gov. Simon Lalong of Plateau has urged Mr Abok Ayuba, Speaker, Plateau State House of Assembly, to make positive impact and be a role to youths in the state and Nigeria.
Lalong made the call on Wednesday in a statement by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr Makut Macham, to felicitate with Ayuba on his 33rd birthday.
“This special day should afford you the time to reflect on the enormous responsibility upon you and your colleagues in working with the executive and judicial arms of government.
“Serve our people with integrity, passion and compassion.
“I assure you of my continued cooperation and collaboration toward rescuing Plateau State from poverty, insecurity, and underdevelopment,” he assured the speaker.

The governor described the speaker as a vibrant, passionate and grassroot politician whose emergence as speaker affirms the fact that the future of Plateau remained bright.
He called on the speaker to continue to use his good office and experience in working for the development of Plateau.
Lalong also urged him to work toward consolidating on the achievements of the Rescue Administration that were touching all parts of the state. (NAN)
