Lagos opens lkeja Towns Square complex, unveils HERDEBERG speed master

The Lagos State Government has opened Ikeja Towns Square complex and unveils HERDEBERG speed master cx104-5 color units.

At the opening ceremony, governor of the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who was represented by the Special Adviser on works, Engr. Aramide Adeyoye, said that the commissioning was one of the various 11-day programmes lined up ahead of his inauguration for the second term.

He commended Brickshomes Integrated Limited and Heildelberg for partnering with Lagos State Printing Corporation and Lagos State Building Investment Company, (LBIC) to construct the edifice.

Sanwo-Olu also appreciated all the people that worked on the project for ensuring that International best practices were applied and necessary building approvals and standards were met.

He said that the edifice would boost the economic values of the State and also enhance the aesthetic value of other properties within and around Ikeja.

The governor, however, urged the partners to maintain the structure and continue to create a business friendly environment for customers and other users.
“According to him, “the Heidelberg SpeedMaster CX104-5Color unit has the capacity of printing over 16,500 copies per hour.
The General Manager, Lagos State Printing Corporation, Hon. Kolawole Peregrino said that the project was part of the governor’s THEMES agenda on making Lagos a 21st century economy.
Also,the Managing Director (LBIC) Mr Oluwatobiloba Lawal commended Sanwo-Olu for ‘ displaying exceptional leadership and steadfast dedication to the task of improving the lives of all Lagosians.
The Managing Director, Brickhomes, Mr Lanre Obisesan said that the company focus was on property development, civil construction, sales and marketing of iconic real estate products and services.
