The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal unanimously rejected the demand of the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) and its presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar the demand to have access to the server of the National Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) server, to prosecute its case against the declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari winner of the February 23, 2019, elections.
