Reports reaching The Nigerian Xpress online now says that bandits attacked Gurbi community in Karanka Local Government Area of Katsina State in the wee hours of Thursday.
It was, however, gathered that the residents, while not being fazed by the bandits onslaught, mobilised and were able to kill 19 of the bandits.
