The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has said that it would deliver judgement in the petition filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, against President Muhammadu Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
All the parties in the suit had made their final submissions on August 21, when the Tribunal declared that the date for the judgement would be communicated at a later date.
