JUST IN: NCDC confirms 284 new COVID-19 cases

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC on Wednesday night announced 284 fresh cases of COVID-19 in the country.

This was made known through the health agency’s verified twitter handle @NCDCgov, bringing the total coronavirus infections in the country to 6,677.

The new infections were recorded in 12 states with Lagos topping the list followed by Rivers State.
