A former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr. Obadiah Mailafia, on Monday, appeared at the Jos, Plateau State, office of Department of State Services (DSS), to honour another invitation by the Service.
Mailafia, who was a guest of the DSS, last week, was interrogated for six hours but later released unconditionally.
The DSS was said to have ordered fresh invitation to him.

Dr. Mailafia, who arrived the DSS office at exactly 12:10p.m, on Monday, was in company of his wife, Margaret Vou, and his lawyer, Yakubu Bawa.
Speaking with journalists on arrival, he said he was not told the reason for the fresh invitation, adding “I was not told the reason for this invitation but I have to honour the invitation as a loyal and obedient citizen of this country. I believe in this country.”
