JUST IN: Kano records first COVID-19 death

Kano State has recorded first coronavirus death on Wednesday.

The state ministry of health confirmed this in a tweet at 11.55 pm.

It was recalled that Kano on Wednesday confirmed 12 new cases of COVID-19, hence with a total of 21 confirmed cases in the state.

Kano recorded its Index case of coronavirus last Saturday, a 75-year-old retired ambassador.
