President of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa, has just arrived at the Delta State Government House, in Asaba, on a courtesy call to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
Justice Bulkachuwa is in the state to commission the Court of Appeal complex of Asaba Division.
