Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim, on Tuesday, withdrew his suit against to nomination of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State.
Recall that Sen. I rahim had approached the court to challenge to choice of Governor Aiyedatiwa as flagbearer of the APC in the forth-coming governorship election in the state.
