The Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos, has rejected an application for post-conviction bail by former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, who is serving 12-year jail term for N7.65 billion fraud.
Justice Mohammad Liman ordered Kalu to remain in correctional services custody until his appeal is heard.
