JUST IN: Buhari sends 42 career ambassadorial nominees to Senate

President Muhammadu Buhari has sent names of 42 ambassadorial nominees to the Senate for screening and subsequent confirmation.

Senate President Ahmad Lawan, who read the list to senators, said the nominees were Career Foreign Service officers.

According to President Buhari, the curricular vitae of the nominees would be forwarded to the Senate in due course.
