President Muhammadu Buhari and the Prime Minister of The Netherlands, Mark Rutte, are currently meeting at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, in Abuja.
Rutte had arrived at the Forecourt of the Villa, on Tuesday, around 11.02am and was received by President Buhari in a brief ceremony.
