The city of Kano, on Tuesday, was rocked by a suspected bomb explosion.
About four persons were reported dead in the explosion which happened at a storey building opposite Winners Kid Academy on Aba Road, Sabon Gari area of the ancient city.
Several people suffered horrific injuries during the incident.
Death toll may increase, according to eyewitnesses.

The storey building collapsed almost at the same time the heavy sound of explosion was heard, it was learnt.
A team of rescuers are searching through the rubble to rescue people trapped.
It was unclear whether it was a case of a bomb blast or gas explosion as at the time of filing this report.
Police anti-bomb squad and other security units have moved to scene of the incident.
