The HOD, Voter Education and Publicity, Mr. John Kaiwa, confirmed the incidence that the victim was missing since Friday.
Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Bala Zama Senchi, was bewildered that such a situation would occur without anyone reporting to the police.
He told journalists that he never received any report from any quarters of the said kidnap, however suggest that if the incidence is actually true then there is laxity on the part of the family and INEC by not reporting the incidence to the police.
