The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has postponed the mock examination of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) slated to start from Saturday because of the presidential and National Assembly elections.
The board also said on Wednesday it might reschedule the 2019 UTME if the elections were not concluded.
JAMB’s Head of Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, said the board could announce a new date for the UTME if the elections were not concluded on March 9 when the governorship and state Houses of Assembly polls will hold.
