Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi, has promised to secure and unite the diverse people of Nigeria if voted into office as President of Nigeria.
Mr. Obi made the assurance in Ado-Ekiti, on Thursday, while addressing the people of Ekiti State.
He said that if the people of the state truly desire a positive change in Nigeria, then they should vote for him.

He was emphatic when he declared that he remained the best out of all the candidates for the number one job of the country.
According to him, the task of transformation Nigeria from its current state was not the job for just any how person but a personality like him who understands the economy and dynamism of good governance.
Mr. Obi also expressed displeasure over the current state of insecurity in the country adding that the present government of APC have shown that the lacked the capacity to make Nigeria better.

He noted that the forthcoming election should be cast without bias and sentiment but out of genuine passion to take Nigeria out of the terrible state of poor economy, insecurity and banditry that the APC had plunged it.
The LP Presidential candidte also urged people of the state not to be deceived by any gratification either now or during election days.
